Article 22 (Issuance of Convertible Bonds) ..... 2. the General Shareholders meeting may adopt the resolution for the company to issue the convertible bonds in the above item 1 on the condition of giving full conversion right for only a part of them. 3. Shares to be issued upon conversion shall be registered common stocks and the conversion price shall be at the par value or above which shall be decided by the general shareholder’s meeting at the time of issuing the bonds. 4. The per iod in which conversion may be requested shal l be from the fol lowing date after the issuance of the pertinent convertible bond to one day before the maturity date for repayment. However, the period for the request of conversion may be adjusted within the above period by the resolution of the General Shareholder’s meeting. 5. To distribution of dividend payment for the stocks issued by conversion and the payment of interest for the convertible bonds, the provision of the Article 12 shall be applied. 6. Matters other than each of the above items related to the issuance of convertible bonds shall be decided by the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders. 제23조 (신주인수권부사채) Article 23 (Bonds with Warrants) 제24조 (사채발행에 관한 준용규정) 제14조(명의개서 등), 제16조(주주 등의 주소, 성명 및 인감 또는 서명등 신고)의 규정은 사채발행의 경우에도 준용한다.
